There’s no easy way to produce a quality proposal, but there are countless ways to produce a substandard proposal that stinks. No matter how great your ideas are, they can’t be evaluated if they’re not on paper. You may know the customer and the Government may be eagerly anticipating your proposal, but if you don’t explain your solutions well enough when preparing the actual proposal, you risk snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Lack of proper quality control is often one of the key reasons for proposal failures. The right quality control measures will help you do things right the first time. This way, you will not only improve your Pwin, but also reduce proposal costs and avoid tying up your precious resources. This webinar focuses on seven elements of proposal quality control, from larger initiatives affecting all your pursuits to the specific techniques used during development of individual proposals. It shares the techniques for turning stinky proposals into winning proposals.
